Cancellation and Payment Policy
Cancellations made before March 16th will incur a 10% penalty, and cancellations after this date will not be eligible for a refund.
Registration payments must be settled within 48 hours from the registration/pre-registration.
All registration payments made prior to April 1st must be completed before this date. Failure to receive the payment will be interpreted as inability to attend, and the registration will be cancelled.
